Thunder Captain

Some weeks ago I started a project, i had to complete in 6 days, university days. So I hadn’t much time.

The project was to create a spanish comic hero, so I decided for one of the most courageous heroe, Thunder Captain, “El Capitan Trueno” in spanish. Which was one of the captains who lead the Holy Wars on the Middle Age.

By the way, The Thunder Captain Movie falls summer 2009. (Press the play button to see the teaser)

Honda Civic WIP - Part 2

Some new renders using other types of environments or lightning.

Using a cylinder with a texture. The GI increased. Wasn’t really satisfied.

Using a chamfered box as a studio with some Vray lights. It took too much time, even with low properties. So a turnaround would take a LOT! But the renders are nice…

Honda Civic WIP

A few images of the progress of the Honda Civic 2006. A fantastic car for its design so I wanted to model it. Ordered, left to right, from the first render to the last one, done today. As you can see each render has a different shader. This is both, a shadering practice for me and a way of getting each time the best look for the car. It depends on the project, but I like this method.

Soon I’ll post some renders of the accessories.

Finished the High School Final Project i’ve decided to continue it’s developement… So here there are some renders of the new retopologised mesh of the afro guy.

I’ve finally finished the Artistic High School Final Project .

I’ve uploaded the complete work in pdf, but is in catalan, my home language, though you can still see the images that explains, more or less, the process of all the work done during 3 intensive weeks and some other months ^^.
